The Venue at the Ballpark is a 236-unit apartment complex located at ___ in the Parkside district, with many units enjoying views into Regions Field.
The $39 million project is being developed by Inland American Communities of Dallas, Texas with Corporate Realty Development. BOKA Powell of Dallas, Texas was commissioned for the architectural design and Golden Construction won the contract to build the project. It is expected to open in Spring 2016.
