Village Square Landings

Brookstone Apartments is a 250-unit apartment complex located at 4141 Pinson Valley Parkway in Birmingham's Echo Highlands neighborhood. The complex was constructed around 1980.

A parking lot in the complex was the scene of a 2006 homicide.

In 2013 Mark Elwood's Ruffner Mountain Management sold the property to ROCO Real Estate of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan for $8.12 million. In 2020 ROCO sold the complex to Grasshopper Capital of Wilmington, Delaware for $11.4 million.
