Village at Grant's Mill is a community of upscale apartment homes and small retail units located at 5320 Beacon Drive, off of Grants Mill Road in Irondale.
The complex was originally built in the 1980s the extended stay Rime Garden Inn & Suites. Hotel rooms and suites were divided among several buildings in the complex.
Building 500 at the hotel was destroyed in a fire on April 29, 2016.
The City of Irondale helped to redevelop the site beginning in 2017.
