Vinnie Baggs is a Chicago-style restaurant opened in 2016 by Tim Vakakes at the former La Bamba space at 1006 Oxmoor Road in Edgewood. The 43-seat restaurant's menu features meatball and souvlaki sandwiches, beef brisket, potato latkes, pasta dishes and grilled fish and lamb. It also houses a small bar area and serves breakfast on weekends.
