Vintage Homes was a custom homebuilder with offices at 2067 Columbiana Road. The company was founded by builder Mike Marlow, who also founded DesignMark Builders and Apprecia Development. The company built 38 houses in the "Belleview" section, and several others in the "Haddon" section of Ross Bridge. The firm's other projects included houses in Lacey's Grove and Mountain Lake in Alabaster, Longmeadow in Trussville, and The Preserve and Trace Crossings in Hoover.


Vintage Homes closed its doors in October 2007.
