Watts Realty is a real estate and property-management firm which traces its history to 1906 when W. A. Watts bought an interest in the Cement Block & Manufacturing Company and turned to the construction and management of rental houses. A year later he formed the Oliver-Watts Construction Company which expanded on that activity. The name of the company was finally changed in 1953 to Watts Realty Company.

W. A. Watts, Jr added Watts Residential Sales' and Watts Relocation Company to the family's business portfolio. Both companies have since been sold.

The company is currently headed by W. A. "Bill" Watts, III as chairman of the board and W. A. "Chip" Watts, IV as president. The firm has been involved in marketing projects in downtown Birmingham since 1998. They are currently marketing the Leer Tower condominiums.

Watts' offices are located in the Arlington Business Center at 1506 5th Avenue South in Southside/Midtown.
