Wickywood or Wicki was the name of the Birmingham Barons mascot beginning with the 1981 season. The hot pink, furry snout-nosed character, somewhat reminiscent of the Phillie Phanatic, wore a Barons team jersey and cap with black leggings, white gloves and padded vinyl-covered red and white clown shoes.
Wicki was replaced by Babe Ruff for the 2002 season.
