William "Billy" Hulsey is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arlington Properties and Arlington Construction Services. Hulsey joined Arlington Properties in December 1976.
Hulsey is a native of Owensboro, Kentucky and long-time resident of Birmingham. A graduate of The University of Alabama, Hulsey is currently a member of its National Advisory Board and of the President's Cabinet of The University. He is also a trustee of Birmingham Southern College and has received an Honorary Doctor of Laws from that institution. Hulsey has served as Chairman of the Birmingham Area Chapter of the American Red Cross and as president of the Eye Foundation Hospital and The Rotary Club of Birmingham.
