Arlington Properties is a real-estate developer, builder, and management company with offices at Two North Twentieth in downtown Birmingham. It is the developer of the Hallman Hill mixed-use project in Homewood. The company was founded in 1968 and its current president is Jim Dixon, who succeeded Kent Graeve in 2011.
From 1987 to 2018, Arlington's offices were located in the Zinszer Building at 2117 2nd Avenue North.
