Willie Hill (born March 1950) is a retired Captain from the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and candidate for Sheriff in the 2010 Democratic primary.

Hill is a graduate of Minor High School and has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Columbia Southern University. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps from 1969 to 1972 before becoming a deputy. He retired in 2007.
