The Willow Leaf Motel & Restaurant (formerly Willow Leaf Cottages and Motel Court) was a tourist motel and restaurant located about a mile north of the Birmingham city limits near Trussville on U.S. Highway 11. It was owned by Mr & Mrs W. C. Whitfield.

The motel's one-story white-painted, green-roofed wings wrapped in an L-shape around a parking area flanked by the limestone-walled restaurant and office building.
