201 Summit Parkway

201 Summit Parkway is a 28,300 square-foot, one-story office building and data center on a 2.35-acre site at 201 Summit Parkway in the Summit Park subdivision between West Oxmoor Road and West Valley Avenue in West Homewood. It was constructed in 1982.

The building had been occupied by TekLinks information techonology and networking consultants. That company was acquired by C Spire of Ridgeland, Mississippi in 2018.

In 2023 C Spire's parent, Telepak Networks, acquired the property from Gladstone Commercial of McLean, Virginia for $2.4 million.
