The 37th Street Building is a 2-story, 7,000 square foot office building located at 704–716 37th Street South in the Highland Office Park in Birmingham's Forest Park-South Avondale neighborhood.
It was constructed in the 1960s in a modern style with cream-colored brick cladding. Because it is built into a slope, the upper floor is accessible at grade from the rear parking lot.
