"Accident Policy" is a 3-act stage comedy which was performed from July 31 to August 3, 1936 by the "Colored Unit" of the New Deal Federal Theatre Project in Birmingham.

The play, which is set in Birmingham, with scenes at a home in Titusville and at Hillman Hospital, was written by Arthur Akers and directed by Clyde Limbaugh. The cast included Russell Veal, Annie Margaret Chisholm, Felix Gaines, Helen Brittain, Charles Huff, Addie Mitchell, Ross Bogan, Susie Carlo, Chlora Dowdell, James Malcolm, George Malone, Lillie Mae Littlejohn and Nettie Brown.

Proceeds from the play were used to benefit summer programs at the Alabama State Teachers College.
