Alabama One, formerly the HarbisonWalker International Fairfield Plant is a refractory products manufacturing plant located at 2595 Ensley Pleasant Grove Road in Fairfield which is operated by HarbisonWalker International of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The plant, which formerly produced HarbisonWalker's "Carbon Bake" brick products, was shut down in 2019. The company announced construction of a new plant under the name "Alabama One", in 2022.
