Ascend Village is an apartment community built and operated by Big Oak Ranch for participants in its "Ascend" program for college and trade school students aged 18 to 22. The community includes 2- to 3-bedroom units shared by roommates as well as a clubhouse for activities.

Ascend Village was built in 2024 at 5100 Cahaba River Road in Birmingham's Overton neighborhood. Nequette Architecture & Design partnered with Signature Homes to develop the project, which was financed entirely by private donations.
