Birmingham Dining Southern Cuisine was a meat-and-three buffet-style restaurant located in the Magic City Stop'N'Go (formerly Modern Market Jr) convenience store at 7632 5th Avenue North, on the corner of Oporto-Madrid Boulevard.

In March 2014 the restaurant received a 54/100 health score from the Jefferson County Department of Public Health and was required to close down until it addressed those issues. It planned to reopen within a week with Claude Davis as the new head chef. It's score improved to 92/100 in February 2015. In April of that year, however, inspectors found more issues, and the business scored a 71/100. Kenneth Augusta was then working as head chef.
