Charles William "Charlie" Blair, Jr (born January 11, 1942 - died April 15, 2008) was an editor for the Birmingham Post-Herald from 1967 to 2005.

Blair graduated from Ramsay High School and was a political science major at the University of Alabama. He joined the Post-Herald staff in January 1967 shortly after leaving the U. S. Air Force. Blair became city editor where he was known for his flashy thrift-store wardrobe, occasional outbursts, and his sure eye for copy. He was especially valued as an encyclopedic resource for Birmingham history until the paper folded, forcing his retirement, in 2005.
