Eunice Crabtree's Cut Rate Delicatessen & Bait Shop was a gay bar owned by John Elder, the former proprietor of Mabel's Beauty Shop & Chainsaw Repair.

It opened in 1989 in the former Ed Salem's No. 2 location at 3201 3rd Avenue South, on the corner of 32nd Street, near the Bowl Lo-Mac bowling center.

The bar was divided into two spaces: The "Bait Shop" side had a country-western theme while the "Cut Rate Deli" side was more urbane, featuring dancing and drag shows. For a short time, the "Bait Shop" was promoted as a lesbian bar.

Eunice Crabtree's was joined by a new iteration of Mabel's, given an address in the same building at 3207 3rd Avenue South. Both bars closed before 1993.
