Freedom Tree

The Freedom Tree is a holly tree planted at Woodrow Wilson Park in 1972 in honor of U.S. service members who had been reported Missing in Action (MIA) during the Vietnam War. Fourteen people are honored with individual plaques that encircle the base of the tree.
