HighFive Healthcare is a medical practice management firm founded in 2018 by Chad Trull. It is headquartered at 2 Metroplex Drive near Brookwood Baptist Medical Center in Homewood. The company, which manages practices in 10 states, specializes in endodontics and dental surgery practices.

HighFive Healthcare reported revenues of $150 million in 2022. In 2023 the company secured a $100 million "growth round" of capital investment led by Norwest of Menlo Park, California.
