Last Call Baking Co. is a bakery founded in 2020 by Chanah Willis, former pastry chef at Urban Standard out of her apartment. She opened to the public in the Birmingham Poultry & Egg Co. building at 213 25th Street North in Birmingham's Central City neighborhood in 2022. The bakery produces cakes, biscuits, savory potato tarts and pastries daily.
