This is a List of Birmingham Mutual Aid and Liberation Organizations, including active organizations which promote the voluntary reciprocal exchange of resources and services for mutual benefit in practical and/or political contexts. Many of these projects aim to liberate individuals, communities and ecosystems from systematic oppression.

Birmingham Mutual Aid is network of individuals in the greater-Birmingham area who practice a variety of mutual aid acts.
