- November 20: Forrest Hawkins, 37, and his wife were killed at their home near McCormick's Crossing. His brother, Albert Hawkins, was charged with both murder.
- November 20: Elizabeth Hawkins, 37, was killed in the same incident.
- December 7: Annie Mary Johnson was beaten to death with a stove poker during a robbery at her home in Martintown. Her husband was shot in the leg when he arrived at the scene. Walter Brown and Will Riley were arrested and charged. with murder and robbery.
