Pearl at Sun Valley, formerly Landmark Manor Apartments is a 48-unit apartment complex located at 2301 7th Street Northwest in Birmingham's Sun Valley neighborhood. It was constructed in 1987.
In 2021 the complex was acquired by Symmonette Multifamily for $2.88 million. Symmonette invested in exterior improvements and gave the property its current name.
