Shirley Fulton Crumley (born 1952 - died April 4, 2006) was a Birmingham-based location casting director for Hollywood movies. She got her start when she took her two children to a casting call for extras for the TV miniseries "Roots" in 1976. The three of them were cast as extras, but Shirley was also hired on to help manage the casting process.

Since then, Crumley has worked on over 50 film and TV projects, including several filmed in Alabama.

Crumley was the daughter of U. S. Air Force administrator Robert Fulton and Anita Jeannine Fulton. While her father was stationed in the Phillipines she met Jim Crumley, whom she married at 16. The family moved from Savannah, Georgia to Birmingham in 2001. She died April 4, 2006 of a heart attack outside her house. She is survived by her father, ex-husband, her children Jamie and Lijeana Joganic, and four grandchildren.
