Tae Lee (born c. 1988 in Birmingham) is the founder of Never Go Broke, a financial literacy program.
Lee grew up in Birmingham and attended Riley Elementary School, Midfield Middle School, and Huffman High School. After graduating she pursued a bachelor's degree in physical education at Jacksonville State University. Her experiences struggling to start a career while managing the debt she accrued as a student provided her with a base of knowledge which she shared with her friends and from which she launched a new career as a financial adviser and author, using the nickname "The Money Maximizer". Her business offers personalized coaching as well as books, games, planning tools and online courses.
