The Hollywood is a 12,000 square-foot shopping center developed by Shannon-Waltchack Investment Real Estate at 400 Hollywood Boulevard, where Hollywood Boulevard crosses over U. S. Highway 280 in Birmingham's Redmont Park neighborhood.

The center's design, featuring aluminum and glass storefronts and cor-ten steel, is meant to evoke a 1960s look. The development's marquee sign has a snowflake spire design.

The center marks the return of Mexico Lindo to the site after four year's absence. Another restaurant, Over Easy, serves "creative" breakfast food and is open for lunch as well. The ABC Store in Mountain Brook Village and the Beal Bank office in Irondale relocated to the center.

Shannon-Waltchack received $250,000 in incentive tax abatements from the City of Birmingham for the $3.5 million project, which broke ground on April 16, 2010 and opened in late Fall of the same year.
