The Tillman-Levenson building is a wedge-shaped, brick, one-story, 8,231 square foot commercial building located at 113 12th Street North. It was constructed in 1960 for the Tillman-Levenson discount retail store.

In 2013 architect and developer Brad Wardlaw announced plans to redevelop the Tillman-Levenson building and adjoining former Southern Well Supply office as a food truck commissary, rental kitchen and culinary business incubator with an internal garden courtyard. Eventually Haden Smith worked with Wardlaw and REV Birmingham to develop plans for the Annex Culinary Incubator, which opened in the building in July 2018.
