Taylor Sarallo (born c. 1994 in Plano, Texas) is a meteorologist.

Sarallo grew up in Georgia and earned a bachelor's degree in geology and atmospheric sciences at the University of Georgia in Athens. While in college she interned and worked as a weather segment producer at WSB-TV in Atlanta. After graduating she was hired as chief meteorologist for WDHN-TV in Dothan, Houston County. From there she moved to WKRG-TV in Mobile before coming to Birmingham. She made her first appearance on ABC 33/40 on September 13, 2019.

Sarallo left WBMA in August 2023, and was married to pharmacist Brett Eisenmann that October. In February 2024 she joined the staff of WVTM as a weekday on-air meteorologist.
