Birmingham Parking Authority Deck 2 (or the City Hall Parking Deck) is a 9-story, 1,570-space parking deck owned and operated by the Birmingham Parking Authority and located on 19th Street North between 8th and 9th Avenues.
It was designed by Renneker, Smith & Kirkwood architects and built by Brasfield & Gorrie. The deck opened in 1976 and connects by elevated walkway to Birmingham City Hall. The deck also serves Boutwell Auditorium and the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex.
