Domenic Mimi Sanfilippo (born August 1, 1931; died August 9, 2018) was a partner and later owner of Rocco & Cheater's Speed Shop.
Sanfilippo was the son of Sam and Rosina Sanfilippo. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and joined his older brothers in their auto supply business after his discharge. He eventually assumed full ownership of the business, which closed in 2007.
Sanfilippo was inducted into the Alabama Auto Racing Pioneers Hall of Fame in 2011 and the Sayre Speedway Hall of Fame in 2018.
Sanfilippo died in 2018 and is buried at Elmwood Cemtery.
