Proxsys Rx is a Birmingham-based company that owns and operates pharmacies inside medical centers across the Southeast. It is led by CEO George Salem and headquartered at 1500 Urban Center Drive at Liberty Park.

The company was formed as an LLC in September 2013. In July 2014 Proxsys Rx acquired the similarly-sized MedWorks Rx.
