EvaBank is a community bank based in Cullman. It has four offices, two in Cullman, one in Eva, and one in Birmingham.
In 2010, EvaBank made a $20 million new-share offering to raise capital to satisfy regulators, after the bank's bad loans went from 2.5% to 6.3% over a 2 year period.
