1229 3rd Avenue North is a one-story, 14,850-square-foot trapezium-shaped industrial building on Block 251 at 1229 3rd Avenue North, on the corner of 13th Street North.

The building was built by Charlie Molay around 1960 on the site of a former Jefferson Iron & Metal Co. scrap yard.

From 2001 to 2019 it was the headquarters of the Birmingham Urban League. Edwards Chevrolet purchased the building in 2023 for use as a parts warehouse.
