The 1715 Building, formerly the Dental Arts Building, is a 1-story, 6,102 square-foot medical office building on Block 780, at 1715 11th Avenue South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.

The modern-style L-shaped building is built into the sloping site. It has plywood and glass storefront entrances facing a driveway and parking area on the east side. The front and back walls are brick veneered and the flat roof cantilevers over the entrances supported on beams.

The building was constructed before 1959 and has generally housed dental and medical practices. UAB acquired the property in for $1.15 million in September 2023.
