The 186 Building is a 6,500 square foot, two-story retail/office building at 186 Oxmoor Road in West Homewood. It was built in 1965 as a self-service car wash and later extended upward with a second floor under a spreading mansard roof.

Ignite Properties acquired the building for redevelopment in 2019. Design Initiative was the architect and the Murray Building Co. completed the renovation work. The company also commissioned a mural from Marcus Fetch for the south side of the building.
