2nd Row is an office/retail condominium development on the northwest corner of 2nd Avenue North and 24th Street. The building was purchased in 2006 by siblings Jeremy and Anna Erdreich. Erdreich opened his Erdreich Architecture office in the development and marketed other renovated spaces to small businesses.
