"Accident Policy" is a 3-act stage comedy which was performed at the Jefferson Theater in 1936 as one of the first productions of the New Deal Federal Theatre Project. Proceeds from the play were used to benefit summer programs at the Alabama State Teachers College.

The play, which is set in Birmingham, with scenes at a home in Titusville and at Hillman Hospital, was written by Arthur Akers and directed by Clyde Limbaugh. The cast included Russell Veal, Annie Margaret Chisholm, Felix Gaines, Helen Brittain, Charles Huff, Addie Mitchell, Ross Bogan, Susie Carlo, Chlora Dowdell, James Malcolm, George Malone, Lillie Mae Littlejohn and Nettie Brown.
