Adiōs is a cocktail bar located in "The Dagny" (formerly the Todd-Witte Building) at 2218 1st Avenue North in downtown Birmingham's Loft District. It is owned by partners José Medina Camacho and Jesús Méndez. The bar opened on November 1, 2022.

Adiōs's interior was designed by Morgan Sowards and features salvaged stained glass from a Mexican chapel, art prints by Pedro Pablo Ramírez Pérez Huerta, and a permanent ofrenda where patrons can leave remembrances for lost loved ones.
