The Alabama Phoenix Festival is a science, fiction, comic book, and science convention taking place Memorial Day weekend (May 25–27, 2012) at the Cahaba Grand Conference Center. The festival was founded by Steve Charleson in 2011. The primary goal of the festival is to foster the exchange of creative ideas.
