Amani Raha was an upscale martini bar and lounge in Dr Pepper Place. It had a private opening party on July 22, 2005 and opened to the public the following night. It was co-owned by Terrell Owens and his cousin Antonio Minnifield, who managed the business. The name Amani Raha comes from the Swahili words for "peace" and "happiness". The mostly stark white lounge, accented with bright red, occupied the space formerly known as The Juniper. The bar closed March 31, 2008.

In June 2010, the owners of the Martin Biscuit Building sued Minnifield and Owens for failing to pay past due rent, utility costs and operating expenses accrued under the lease.
