The Annex Culinary Incubator was a shared kitchen and event space located in the former Tillman-Levenson building at 113 12th Street North. It was opened in July 2018 by Haden Smith, owner of the Bayou Bros. food truck, who developed the business plan with Brad Wardlaw of Redmont Group and REV Birmingham.

The incubator opened with one shared kitchen, and planned to add another larger one, as well two leasable private kitchens. The facility also had rentable space for events such as pop-up dinners, and offered a business development program for aspiring food truck owners.
