Ash is a 1,900-square foot restaurant located across from Patriot Park at the corner of Oak Grove Road and Raleigh Avenue in West Homewood. It was created by Mark Driskill, a former sous chef at Highlands and kitchen manager at Bottega who has also worked at Brick & Tin and Time Inc..

Driskill chose the name to refer to the wood-fired grill which will be used in the creation of each dish, as well as for his wife, Ashley. In addition to lunch and dinner, the restaurant will serve a weekend brunch and offer picnic packages with a basket and blanket that customers can take across the street to the park.
