Bill Johnson (born c. 1959) represented District 2 in the Birmingham City Council from 1997 to 2001.

Johnson graduated from Spring Hill College in Mobile and attended medical school at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. He worked with the Alabama Civil Justice Reform Committee on tort reform in the Alabama Legislature.
