Birmingham Parking Authority Lot D is a former public parking lot operated by the Birmingham Parking Authority on Block 113C bounded by 1st Avenue South and 18th and 19th Streets, and across Powell Avenue from the Powell Avenue Steam Plant.

The block was purchased by the City of Birmingham from the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad. It opened as a public parking lot with 218 spaces in 1975. It was sold to the Alabama Power Company in 2012 for redevelopment into a public urban plaza fronting their redeveloped Steam Plant mixed-use project.
