Block 75 is a Birmingham city block bordered by Richard Arrington Jr Boulevard North (formerly 21st Street North) and 22nd Street North, and by 3rd and 4th Avenues North.
It includes the Concord Building and Downtown YMCA on the former site of the Jefferson County Courthouse on the western side, and St Paul's Cathedral on the eastern side.
