C. Pat Reynolds (born 1940 in Elmore County, died August 9, 2005) was a three-term Mayor of Vestavia Hills from 1988 to 2000.

Reynolds moved with his family to Birmingham in the early 1940s. Over two decades as a restauranteur he owned six Pasquale's Pizza and Pasta locations in the area. After selling them in 1986 he launched his own investment and marketing company and entered politics.

While mayor, Reynolds was elected president of the Jefferson County Mayor's Association. After retiring from City Hall he entered the 2004 race for Alabama House District 47, losing in the Republican primary.

Reynolds was a member of the Birmingham Jaycees and of Vestavia Hills United Methodist Church. He died in 2005 of lung cancer and was survived by his wife, Dottie.
