Brät Brot is a German-themed bar and restaurant located in the former Plant Odyssey building at 2910 6th Avenue South.

The business, owned by David Carrigan, opened as a "Biergarten" in April 2018. It served a selection of German and German-style beers on draft along with a menu featuring sausages, pickles, pretzels and schnitzel.
