Cedric Dejuan Sparks (born September 2, 1975) is the Chief of Staff for Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin.

Sparks graduated from West End High School in 1993 and from the University of Alabama in 1998. He went on to complete a degree in law at Miles College in 2003. Both Sparks' parents died while he was in college. He was recruited to the city on the day before his graduation and served as an administrative assistant to Mayor Richard Arrington Jr.

In 2002 Sparks was hired as executive director of the Birmingham Department of Youth Services. He was named to his present post on November 14, 2017.
